In an effort to keep our students safe while parking on campus we require all vehicles to be registered.

There will not be a driver's safety class this year, but there will be a $15.00 fee for a permit.

• Please note this application must be completed using student HCPSS credentials, outside emails will not be accepted.
• Please complete this google form to obtain a parking permit.
• Please complete and sign the Rules & Regulations (if not uploaded on the google form).
• $15 fee will be submitted on-line or cash or check in the front office.
• Upload a copy of MVA Registration to the application (if not uploaded on google form).
• Attach a copy of the student’s valid Maryland Provisional Driver’s License (if not uploaded on google form). Learner’s Permits will not be accepted.

The permit will be distributed through the student's third period teacher.
