MRHS Textbook Distribution Plan

Wednesday, September 16, 2020

8:00am - 3:00pm

Please read carefully below.  We have included information about textbook distribution.  Not every student will need to come to the school to pick up textbooks.  Some course materials are online, or do not use a textbook.

Please read the list of courses to see if your student has textbooks to be picked up at the school.  Yearbooks, musical instruments, and drama baskets will also be available for pick-up at this time.   Teachers will share this information in their classes.

The following courses have textbooks to be picked up:

Driving Directions for Material Distribution

Vehicles will enter through the first entrance (front of school) for students in grades 11 and 12.  Vehicles will enter through the second entrance (auditorium/gym side) for students in grades 9 and 10. All grades with yearbooks, musical instruments, and drama baskets will go to the second entrance to retrieve those items.  Staff members will be there to assist you in getting to the right place.

Once you have received your books, you may exit the parking lot and leave or if you need to pick up yearbooks/musical instruments/drama baskets, you will go to the second exit and turn right to collect those items.  You may choose to continue to the top of the parking lot to purchase spirit wear, or you may exit the parking lot.

During the distribution process, it is critical that students and families maintain all social distancing practices, wear masks and you must remain in your cars.

Follow the directions of staff as they direct you into the parking lot. Stay in your car at all times, a staff member will be there to give you your materials.

As you approach the school, please have the following items ready:

  • Your student’s FIRST AND LAST NAME AND GRADE posted on the passenger side windshield

    • This will help our staff identify your car when retrieving your material

  • Any items you need to return to MRHS (It's not too late!)
