Next week (week of December 4th) is Computer Science Education Week! 

Howard County Library System is offering an hour of code through HiTech's Code Exploration class Monday - Thursday next week from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Glenwood Branch.

Students can register for one session or more, and registration is now open.  The best way for students to register is to go to hclibrary.org/hitech_events and look at the calendar of events.  Alternatively, they can search on the main library system's website, hclibrary.org.  This class is for students ages 11 - 18.  

This class is perfect for students who have never coded before and are interested in learning, or for students who want to advance their coding skills.
