As a reminder, next week marks the end of the current grading period. We are proud of the hard work our students have demonstrated this quarter and the growth they continue to make. Please take a few moments to check in with your child regarding their current grades and any outstanding assignments.
In addition, students will be participating in midterm exams on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of next week. Information and guidance regarding midterms can be found below.

Exam Preparation and Reminders
- Students received a copy of THIS exam planning tool via Canvas on Jan. 7th.
- Parents are encouraged to ask their student(s) to pull-up this resource and discuss their schedules and study plans.
Options for students needing make-up testing and/or receive extended time
- Students should work with teachers to finalize any extended time / make-up plans. Students can:
- take midterms during their tutorial period if they have one
- arrange an alternate make-up testing time with their teacher(s) during the school day
- take advantage of opportunities during the school day or after school
