  • High schools close 3 hours early 
  • No extracurricular activities, other than 90 minute conditioning practices which may begin at 2:45 p.m.
  • No PM ARL Students

  • Periods 4A & 4B Exams; Bell Schedule #2
  • High schools close 3 hours early 
  • No extracurricular activities, other than 90 minute conditioning practices which may begin at 2:45 p.m.

Friday, January 24, 2020

  • Periods 5 & 6 Exams; Bell Schedule #2
  • All schools close 3 hours early 
  • All extracurricular activities resume at 2:45pm

This schedule does not apply to every teacher; please consult your teacher for details about their review session. 

These review sessions will take place after school at 2:15pm and end around 2:45/3:00pm. Coaches and club sponsors have been made aware of this schedule, and barring athletic competition, students will be excused from practices and meetings to attend review sessions.

Special Notes (Alternate Schedules)

  1. If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Tuesday, January 21, Bell Schedule #3 will be used.
  2. If schools are closed on Tuesday, January 21, the Period 1 exam will be moved to Tuesday, January 28 and Bell Schedule #1 will be used.
  3. If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Wednesday, January 22, Thursday, January 23, or Wednesday, January 24 and Bell Schedule #4 will be used. 
  4. If schools are closed on January 22 OR 23, the exams scheduled for that day will be given on the next school day.
  5. If schools are closed on Friday, January 24, the Period 5 and 6 exams will be moved to Tuesday, January 28 and Bell Schedule #5 will be used.
  6.  Any additional changes necessary will be addressed by email if needed.
  7. All extra curricular activities will resume on Friday, January 24, regardless of late opening or closure for inclement weather on January 21-23.
  8. NO EXAMS MAY BE GIVEN PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EXAM DATE.
