Attention Current and Future MRHS Cross Country Runners:

The Howard County Striders / Bullseye running offers a summer training program 3 days a week over the summer. The program is for all XC runners including current high school athletes, incoming 9th graders, and recent grads who want to run with a group to get ready for their college XC seasons.  Attendance is not mandatory, it's just an opportunity to get together and run. There are different runs and distances for athletes of different ability levels.  Below are the dates and locations to meet, as well as the link to sign up.

The cost is $60 for the entire summer and includes a T-shirt and 10% off from Feet First Running store. Compared to other sports and even other XC / track camps, you are not going to find a better deal. Even if an athlete can only attend once a week, I think it is still beneficial and worth the cost. If you have any specific questions please contact Coach Malt @ Richard_Malt@hcpss.org

Mondays - 6:30 - 7:45pm @ Oakland Mills HS
Wednesdays - 6:30 - 7:45pm @ Howard HS
Saturdays 8:00 - 9:30am @ Wilde Lake Village Center
