HS Students Learn About Security Clearance Opportunities

Local industry officials spoke with three HCPSS computer science classes on the skills and decision-making necessary to obtain a security clearance–a key credential for careers in information technology, engineering, cybersecurity and more. The programming was developed through the Superintendent’s Program Innovation Advisory Board.

The four-week program helps international parents to make informed decisions about their child’s education and prepare for leadership roles in schools and communities as advocates on behalf of the system’s international students.
