SGA Food Drive Day 3 Update

807 pounds of food collected in THREE days!

Mrs. McCabe’s class has been surpassed by Mrs. Kern’s class with an online donation that puts them at 112 lbs, just slightly ahead of Mr. Hong’s class with 110 lbs.  These classes are giving each other some competition!  Will they be able to hold the lead . . . or will another class step up to the challenge and overtake?  Today’s notable classes are Ms. Kol with 90 lbs., Ms. Gwoc with 60 lbs., Mrs. Robert’s English and Ms. Valdesuso’s class hold on with 50 and 31 lbs. respectively.

The drive will continue through this Friday . . . help us reach a weekly goal of 1000 lbs!  Send in your non-perishable food with students or drop off in the front office to be counted towards a class celebration.   Monetary donations may be made online through our Virtual Food Drive to support the Maryland Food Bank ($1 = 1-lb of food counted towards the class competition when a printed receipt is turned into Pr1 teacher.)

Leading the Class Competition is Mrs. Kern with 112-lbs.

2 Days remaining in the Class Competition!!!

Keep those non-perishable food donations coming in . . . GO MUSTANGS!!
