MRHS Book Distribution Plan
Wednesday, January 27 – Tuesday, February 2, 2021 (CHANGES LISTED BELOW)
Please read carefully below. We have included information about textbook distribution. Not every student will need to come to the school to pick up textbooks. Some course materials are online, or do not utilize a textbook.
The following courses have textbooks to be picked up: (SECOND SEMESTER CLASSES ONLY) In addition, the following items will be available for pick up next week.- Headsets for ESOL students
- Class t-shirts (if you ordered and paid for a shirt)
- Art kits for Art I and Art II students (Now includes Photo I & II students)
- Keyboards for Piano classes
Textbook Distribution will take place as follows:
You have the option to choose the time slot that works best for you and your family.
We will have staff available at the school during the following times next week:
PLEASE NOTE: Due to possible inclement weather tonight into tomorrow, we have made the decision to reschedule the Tuesday distribution session to the following Tuesday, 2/1, at the same times. If you have an appointment scheduled for that day, you can just come the following week. If you would like to change your pick up day, we still have a lot of availability on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Wednesday, February 3 – 3:00-4:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3 – 4:00-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3 – 5:00-6:00 p.m. Please use the link below to sign up for a time slot that works for you. If you have more than one student picking up books, you can use one time slot. Please use your student’s name and grade as the name you use to sign up.

We ask that you make every effort to get your student’s textbooks during one of these times. If you need to arrange an alternate pickup time, please contact Lori Miller at lori_a_miller@hcpss.org.
Driving Directions for textbook distribution:
- Vehicles will enter through the first entrance (front of school) for students in ALL grades AND KEYBOARDS.
- During the distribution process, it is critical that students and families maintain all social distancing practices, wear masks, and remain in your car.
- Follow the directions of staff as they direct you where to go.
- As you approach the school, please have YOUR STUDENT’S NAME AND GRADE posted on an 8 ½ x 11 piece of paper on the passenger side windshield.
- Please bring any items you still need to return to MRHS.
