RISE aims to educate and inform students across Howard County by hosting workshops led by professionals with STEM backgrounds, student research presentations, science-related club displays, and interactive booths with other professionals in their prospective fields. Additionally, this is a fantastic chance for students to find various internship and volunteering opportunities within their areas of interest.

The MRHS Best Buddies program has been in existence since 2015. And, if you are not aware, we have been active in building friendships and establishing opportunities for our students since our start! We have over 50 members and want to keep the momentum going. We work very hard to build friendships and our buddy relationships are getting stronger by the day!
