SCHOOL WIDE CLOTHES SWAP sponsored by Environmental Club

Hello Marriotts Ridge Community! On Friday Dec. 15th, at 4:30pm the Environmental Club will be hosting a School Wide Clothes Swap organized in the Auxiliary gym at the same time as varsity double header basketball games and just before the MVMS choral concert. This Swap supports our Green School Initiative and is meant to promote reusing and recycling clothes instead of throwing away and buying new ones. We will be collecting clothes in the weeks leading up to the event. Please go through your unwanted clothes and consider donating to this event. Clean clothes of any size and age range are welcome. There will be boxes in the Commons and near the front office or they can be brought to Ms. Kol's room (234). Then join us on the 15th and see if there is anything you could use. There is no cost to participate and although we hope that you donate, you do not have to donate clothes in order to go "shopping" in the Auxiliary Gym on the 15th. Any leftover items, after the event, will be donated to charity.  Thank you for participating!
